SUMMARY
Rezoning Application 2020-257, filed by Ryland and Hannah Bagbey, requested to rezone 535 Woodlawn Drive, Parcel ID #72457, also known as Grid 818, Block 2, Parcel #2 of the City of Danville, Zoning District Map from the T-R Threshold Residential zoning district to the SR-R Sandy River Residential zoning district.
 
BACKGROUND
The applicant proposes to rezone 51.08 acres from T-R Threshold Residential to SR-R Sandy River Residential. The proposal downzones the property to an appropriate zoning district, given the infrastructure capacity at the north end of Woodlawn Drive.
 
The Planning Commission, at their December 7, 2020, meeting, voted 6-0 to recommend approval of Rezoning Application 2020-257.
 
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that City Council adopt an Ordinance Rezoning 535 Woodlawn Drive, Parcel ID #72457, also known as Grid 818, Block 2, Parcel #2 of the City of Danville, Zoning District Map from the T-R Threshold Residential zoning district to the SR-R Sandy River Residential zoning district.
