The applicant requests a Special Use Permit for a waiver of yard requirements to remove and replace the existing fast food restaurant building at 1208 Piney Forest Road. They will maintain the existing front building line setback 20’ from the Piney Forest Road right-of-way line.
The Planning Commission, at their January 11, 2021 meeting, voted 7-0 to recommend approval of Special Use Permit Application PLSUP2020-284.
