Subject:    Consideration of Setting the Salaries of City Council Employees

SUMMARY
On an annual basis, City Employees receive a performance evaluation.  The City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk positions report to the City Council and their performance was evaluated on February 2, 2021.  As a result of the performance evaluations, the following resolutions set the salaries of the City Manager, City Attorney and City Clerk effective March 1, 2021.
BACKGROUND
City Council has three employees, the City Manager, the City Attorney and the City Clerk and City Council conducts their performance evaluations.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council requested the attached resolutions be placed on the February 16, 2021 Agenda for consideration, to set the salaries of its three employees.
