SUMMARY

Special Use Permit Application PZ22-50, filed by Yeon Hee Kim and Hae Choi Kim, requests a Special Use Permit for an accessory building or accessory use without a primary building being located on the parcel according to Article 3.E.C.23. of the Danville Zoning Ordinance on Dudley Street (Parcel IDs #25094 and #25091).
BACKGROUND

The applicant built an outdoor seating area to serve their adjacent restaurant.

 The Planning Commission, at their April 11, 2022 meeting, voted 7-0 to recommend approval of Special Use Permit PZ22-50.
 
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Commission recommended that City Council approve a Special Use Permit, according to Article 3.E.C.23. of the Danville Zoning Ordinance on Dudley Street (Parcel IDs #25094 and #25091).
